Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Westport, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposal consists upgrading an existing gravel parking area along Yearout Drive in Westport, WA to a commercial gear yard. Work includes clearing and grubbing; grading of site and pavement of asphalt roadway, installing power distribution and telemetry systems for site access control, security, and lighting; lowimpact stormwater facilities and security fencing. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as specified. Award will take into consideration the lowest total base bid price to provide the services specified along with qualifications and experience of the bidder and the Ports budget capability All bid proposals shall be accompanied by deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited
