Site work and paving for a road / highway in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Shelby will receive sealed bids for Town of Shelby Seal Coat at the Shelby Town Hall located at 2800 Ward Ave, La Crosse, WI 54601 The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Seal Coat - Approximate Total Square Yards Double Chip and Seal - 18,169 Single Chip and Seal - 13,643 Roads and Walking Trails requiring Double Chip and Seal include: Pammel Creek Walking Trail (Off Highway 33) and Skyline Road (Off County Road MM). Roads requiring Single Chip and Seal include: Cedar Road, Mesa Road, Birchview Road, Paris Angel Drive, Mickel Road, and Timber Lane. An unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such within 10 days after bid opening and in good condition will be refunded after his /her deposit. Any proposals shall be submitted in an opaque envelope and marked with the name and address of the bidder and accompanied by the bid security. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the actual day of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject all bids.
