Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Merritt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
This project consists of installation of one 30.48 meter steel girder composite concrete deck bridge on Prospect-Miner FSR after removing the existing 21.3 meter concrete composite deck bridge. The bridge is on steel column concrete precast spread footings. Service will include delivery and unloading of existing K434 girders back to the Cascades Natural Resource District office. Service will include the placement of rip rap and completion of all new approach road works at site. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Award is subject to final approval.
