Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Merritt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
This project consists of installation of one 30.48 m steel girder concrete composite deck bridge on Tulameen FSR. K874 bridge is on steel column concrete precast spread footings. Service will include the removal of the existing bridge structure with associated abutments for K874. Service will include delivery of existing K874 girders to the Cascades Natural Resource District office in Merritt. Service will include supply and placement of rip rap and completion of all new approach road works at the site, along with deactivation of old approaches, and installation of culverts. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Award is subject to final approval.
