This requirement is for FEMA Region 8 RRCC and Response - Interior Painting Project located on the Denver Federal Center - Denver/Lakewood, CO. Total small business set-aside. No mailed or hand delivered submissions will be accepted or considered. PROJECTED MILESTONES All work for this project will be performed in Building 710, on the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado 80225. Submit Information for Site Visit - NLT than Friday, June 30, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. MST Site Visit - Monday, July 10, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. MST - 9:00 a.m. MST Questions Due - NLT July 12, 2023, at 4:00p.m. MST Proposals Due - NLT July 21, 2023, at 4:00p.m. MST Tentative Award - August 1, 2023 Project commencement and completion of work, including final clean up premises, shall take place within the hours specified in the SOW, during the week of August 14 - 18, 2023 SCOPE This project is to paint the walls within the RRCC and Response conference rooms as identified in this SOW, in order to create a more collaborative work environment. Only the interior walls of the RRCC and conference rooms shall be painted. Exterior walls are not part of the SOW SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS/TASKS The Contractor shall provide all materials and labor to complete the tasks outlined in this SOW. Contractor will supply all needed PPE for painters to utilize. Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials required to cover and protect the following areas from paint and foreign debris: o Baseboards, switches, outlets, thermostats, fire alarms, security lights, exit signs, door stops, and all other fixtures, hardware, and furnishing on all walls. o Door hinges, handles, knobs, kick plates, and locks. o Projectors, TVs, speakers, and all IT and A/V equipment. o Glass doors and side window panels. o Carpet o Ceiling Tiles o Walls and/or areas identified as not being painted. Prepare and apply paint in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. Rearrange existing furniture without damaging, if needed, to make room for painting. All paint applications methods must adhere to American Society for Testing and Materials (ATSM) paint specifications. There is no lead paint. If necessary, the Contractor will provide suitable fillers, primers, undercoats, and finish coat materials that are compatible with one another. Contractor shall ensure that the wall surface is adequately clean and level. All paint to be used shall match Glidden Premium Interior in Satin and Clark & Kensington Premium Interior in Satin in salient characteristics.
