The City of Titusville intends to contract with a licensed contractor(s) to construct the Spaceview Park Walkway near Spaceview park. All construction for the project shall conform to General Notes provided on the signed and sealed plans and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, if not covered by general notes. SCOPE / INTENT: The City of Titusville intends to contract with a licensed contractor(s) to construct the Spaceview Park Walkway near Spaceview Park. In addition, all work shall be performed in accordance with the contract documents, including Addenda (if any) and written modifications issued after execution of this agreement and as directed by the Project Manager in accordance with the expressed or obvious intent of the Contract hereinafter called Contract Documents, "BID#23-B-040/TB - SPACEVIEW PARK WALKWAY PROJECT".
