The Instructions To Bidders, Bid Form, form of Bid Bond, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, forms of Performance and Payment Bonds, Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the design professional: Nassif Engineering & Architecture, LLC 270 Blanchard Road Natchitoches, LA 71457 (318) 527-4409 On other sets of documents furnished to bidders, the deposit, less actual cost of reproduction, will be refunded upon return of the documents in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of Louisiana Public Bid Law. Each Bid is to be accompanied by Bid Security as provided in the Instructions To Bidders and General Conditions. Bid bonds shall be written by a surety or insurance company meeting the requirements noted in L.R.S. 38:2218. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount equal to 100% of the Contract amount, written by a surety or insurance company meeting the requirements noted in L.R.S. 38:2219 A(1)(a), (b) and (c). No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. Necessary evidence of authority to sign bids on behalf of corporations and other legal entities shall accompany submitted bid. The City of Natchitoches is an equal opportunity employer.
