This project involves performing a leak detection survey on approximately 238,600 linear feet in various subdivisions of water piping from 2-inches to 30-inches in diameter, including fire hydrant leads. Piping material varies including PVC and ductile iron as noted in the attached vicinity maps. The Contractor will collect, collate and prepare reporting to the Town as stated in the Technical Specifications. Contractor shall provide all traffic control related to this work. The Town intends to issue to the successful bidder an on-going maintenance Agreement for Services, with the option to extend the Agreement for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
