The project consists of renovation, upgrade, repair and adaptive re-use of the building's site, interior and exterior. Major replacements and upgrades to infrastructure including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, telecom/security and fire alarm systems are also required. Sitework includes excavation for installation of a new 6" water service line, backfilling and compaction of the excavated trench after installation of the water line, installation of new exterior light fixtures at building entrances, new concrete equipment pads in the exterior side yard, installation of new mechanical HVAC equipment in exterior side yard and repair to the steps into the Data/Demarcation Room.
