a. INTENT The City of Redmond wishes to contract with a licensed and insured is the
intent of Contractor to convert one (1) tennis courts into (3) pickleball courts, AND to
resurface existing eight (8) tennis & eight (8) pickleball courts.
i. Specifically, this bid covers (3) areas of work:
1. Valleyview Park Tennis Ct resurfacing and pickleball court conversion
