Renovation of a water / sewer project in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 07/07/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Questions regarding the project should be submitted via written request to: Barbara Asberry, Senior Buyer, Montgomery County Purchasing Department 451 W. Third Street Dayton, OH 45422-132 The scope of work includes removal of three (3) existing garage doors and related accessory equipment and hardware; and replacement of three (3) electrically operated insulated sectional over-head garage doors to include incidental hardware and related components for the following garage doors located at Eastern Regional Water Reclamation Facility at 1802 Spaulding Road, Kettering, OH 45432 1. Pretreatment Solids Operations Building Garage Door #2 - South. Furnish and install a new 15' x 14' aluminum insulated rolling door. 2. Coarse Screen Room Garage Door. Furnish and install a new 10' x 8' aluminum insulated rolling door. Door operator will have a M104 NEMA 4X modification to be explosion resistant. Push Button Station is outside and does not need to be explosion proof. 3. Maintenance Building Door #18 - North. Furnish and install a new 15' x 14' aluminum insulated rolling door. This door has a remote control and needs to be controlled by the same controller as the Maintenance Building south door.
