A timeline for award has not yet been established.** ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE - $ 1,600,000.00 The project consists of installing approximately 3368' of 12" DIP and 54 service stubs and reconnects. Fire hydrants and other appurtenances as shown on the plans are also included Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "130062-10, Bayside And Barrett Water Main Replacement, Phase 3" and must have full name and address of the Bidder on the envelope The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County. Bidders shall submit written questions to the Owner in sufficient time in advance of the Bid opening to allow sufficient time for the Owner and/or Design Professional to respond. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by the Owner at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the opening of Bids.
