Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center Probation Relocation & Renovation The Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners (the Owner) intends to contract for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) services in connection with its Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center Probation Relocation & Renovation Project (the Project). It is anticipated that the Project will be funded in part, through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) fund. The Project will be subject to compliance with the requirements for ARPA funded projects, and the selected CMR must comply with related requirements and assist the Owner with such compliance. Accordingly, the Uniform Guidance Appendix II to Part 200 Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards shall apply. The Owner may reject any or all qualification statements received or cancel this process at any time for any reason and the Owner will have no liability for taking such action. The Owner reserves the right to waive minor variations in the selection process. The Design Professional and the Construction Manager at Risk will assist with developing the schedule, subject to the Owner's sole discretion, with the anticipationof construction completion by July 2025. All questions concerning this RFQ shall be directed in writing via email to De'Anna Stiltner-Daniel at Stiltner-DanielD@mcohio.org by by 12:00 p.m. on January 10, 2024.
