The Village of Lisle requests bids for sidewalk and curb removal and replacement. The successful bidder ("Contractor") will provide services that comply with the following: The work included in this contract shall consist of furnishing all the materials, labor and equipment required for the removal and replacement of approximately 3,400 square feet of sidewalk and 110 lineal feet of curb at various locations throughout the Village All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Village of Lisle for not less than five percent of the bid amount. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check A Performance Bond satisfactory to the Village, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, in an amount equal to 100% of the contract sum as security for the faithful performance of the Contract A Payment Bond satisfactory to the Village, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, for the protection of all persons supplying labor and materials to the contractor or subcontractors for the performance of work provided for in the Contract, in an amount equal to 100% of the contract sum The Village of Lisle reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder without disclosure for any reason Question Deadline 07/14/2023 The term of this Contract shall be August 7, 2023 to December 31, 2023
