Bids must be accompanied by certified check or approved surety bond in the sum of 5% of the amount bid. The work consists of acquisition and installation of 10 mini-split indoor units, eight of 15,000 BTU capacity and two of 10,000 BTU capacity, each as further described in the Specifications. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Contractor is responsible for qualifying as an eligible contractor for Central Hudson HVAC rebate program and for submission of all necessary documentation to obtain any available rebate. Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the NYS Department of Labor under the provisions of New York State Labor Law, as amended, apply to this project. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise.
