No definite date for the rebid.** The Anaerobic Digesters Concrete Repair Project (Project) scope of work is comprised of the rehabilitation of the existing Anaerobic Digesters No.s 3 and 4 concrete tanks, including: mobilization and preparatory work; demobilization; structural concrete repairs of 5,000 sq. ft. of up to 14 depth, 5,000 sq. ft. of 14 to 1 depth, and 2,000 sq. ft. of greater than 1 depth; 1,000 linear feet of structural concrete crack repairs; and all appurtenant work including, but not limited to, ventilation, lighting, access facilities and coordination with City staff. The Project is located at the City's Water Control Quality Plant, 600 West Los Angeles Ave, Simi Valley, CA 93065. The City further reserves the right to make award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as the interest of the City may require.
