Performance Bond, Certificate of Liability and Workman's Compensation Insurance required of the successful bidder. Sealed bids will be received by Greenwood Township Supervisors. Specifications are as follows: The complete clearing & trimming back of trees & tree canopy 16.5' from center of road to the sky & for felling trees outside of right-of-way (as marked), stumps of no higher than 2", leaving no logs, branches or debris within the Township's rights-of-way or any waterways. Firewood should be left for the property owners & piled neatly off of the right-of-way. A minimum of 60-foot boom height is required. All work must be completed by March 31, 2024. Liquidated damages to be assessed at $300 per day for each day beyond the due date that the work is not completed.
