Renovation of a stadium in Didsbury, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The project will see the installation of a non-slip, spray-in polyurea concrete-coating floor system into two lobbies located at the Building: the main entrance lobby (790 sq feet) and the aquatic centre lobby (904 sq ft). The Owner intends to select from applicants to this RFP a Contractor (herein after called the Contractor) that will provide the following services that include, but are not limited to: Supply, prep and install of non-slip, spray-in polyurea concrete-coating floor system into Main Entrance Lobby (790 sq ft) of a colour of the Owner’s choosing. Supply, prep and install of non-slip, spray-in polyurea concrete-coating floor system into Aquatic Centre Lobby (904 sq ft) of a colour of the Owner’s choosing. Schedule work during annual 2-week shutdown of Aquatic Centre, August 28 to September 10, 2023, as possible. Or to a schedule that accommodates facility use periods. All labour, material and demolition costs to be included.
