Site work and paving for a civil project in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and road / highway.
Sanitary sewer pipe lining, sewer pipe cleaning, apply cementitious coating, apply epoxy coating, bypass pumping, spot repair, remove and replace manhole, storm conflict box, pavement patching certified check, bid bond, or certified share draft for 10% of the total bid price. Bid bond required, performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the total bid price The work under the proposed contract shall be completed as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. All work is to be completed on or before February 28, 2024. The City of Council Bluffs reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and waive any irregularities in the interest of the City
