The City is seeking a consultant to provide all of the design, planning, engineering, construction management and environmental review/approval services associated with the Airport Terminal Project identified on the Airport Capital Improvement Plan (the "ACIP") for funding in the next five (5) years. The Airport conducted an initial Airport Facility Requirement study (Attachment A) that identifies the need for a 10,000 square foot terminal building at the Palo Alto Airport. The following describes the services that are anticipated for this project: Should discrepancies or omissions be found in this RFQ or should there be a need to clarify this RFQ, questions or comments regarding this RFQ must be received by the City no later than 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 7, 2023. Correspondence shall be through the City's electronic procurement system Question Response Deadline:July 14, 2023, 3:00pm Goals for minority participation for each trade: 5 The Agreement(s) will be subject to the Davis Bacon Act, which ensures that laborers and mechanics employed under the contract receive pay no less than the locally prevailing wages and fringe benefits as determined by the Department of Labor. The City reserves the right to initiate additional procurement actions(s) for any of the services include in this procurement process.
