The Awarded Bidder must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the City. The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages MBE/WBE/DBE participation in response to the IFB process. *The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids, or accept other than the lowest priced bid if the City determines that it is in the best interests of the City.
