**As of September 20, 2023, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Improvements include roadway widening, paving, sidewalk and handicap installation and traffic signal work. Question Deadline 07/17/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to the Owner(s) in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. The successful bidder must furnish Performance, Payment Bonds and Insurance per Contract and meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of General Conditions The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids. All Work involved with this project is subject to the "Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act". Pennsylvania prevailing wages must be paid to all working employees of the Contractor and all Subcontractors employed under this project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. All Work will be final completed within one hundred twenty five (125) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (08/21/2023) Complete Punchlist and End of Contract (11/30/2023) the date when the Contract Time commences
