Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Calabasas, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes: 1. Pickup pump from site and transport to vendors repair facility. 2. Disassemble, clean, inspect, and advise. NOTE: if unforeseen machine work or repair not stated in the scope of is found at this point, written proposal for additional work must be provided to LVMWD Staff. 3. Sandblast bowls, columns, and head to bright metal. 4. Fabricate new bowl and line shafts from 416 SS material and supply new 416 SS couplings. 5. Straighten all shafting to .002" TIR maximum per API specification. 6. Fabricate and install all new bowl and stuffing box bushings from bronze material. 7. Machine impeller wear rings minimum clean and fabricate all new bowl wear rings. 8. Apply NSF/ANSI 61 approved epoxy coating to interior/exterior of bowls, head, and columns. 9. Dynamically balance impeller/shaft assembly to ISO 1940, quality grade G-2.5. 10. Assemble pump complete and apply enamel paint to pump head. 11.
