The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is requesting bids for the annual supply and delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite. Any questions, technical or otherwise, pertaining to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) must be submitted in writing and directed to the District contact, Liz Smith, Purchasing Supervisor, lsmith@lvmwd.com e-mail. Refer to complete bid documents for detailed instructions and requirements. The District is not responsible for lost or misdirected e-mail communications. All terms and conditions contained in the Instruction to Bidders, Specifications, and Bid Documents shall become part of the contract. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in any bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the said time for bid openings until 90 days thereafter or until the District has made a final award to the successful bidder or has rejected all bids, whichever event first occurs. The District reserves the right to select the schedule(s) under which the bids are compared and contract(s) are awarded.
