The City of Calabasas would like to retain the services of a qualified Landscape Maintenance Company to perform landscape maintenance work. The respective areas of this contract are compromised as the exterior landscaped common areas of Landscape Lighting Act District 22, specifically Calabasas Park Estates HOA. The work to be done consists of, but not limited to, landscape maintenance of parkways, median islands and slopes, including mowing and edging, weeding, sweeping, pruning of shrubs and groundcovers, fertilizing, litter clean-up, tree trimming for pedestrian clearances, etc. Refer to cost-breakdown schedules herein as well as maps for a complete understanding of all maintenance work to be performed. Question Deadline 07/28/2023 at 3:00 PM PT Proposal Evaluation Week of August 7th 2023 Notice of Contract Award with Council Approval Week of August 23rd 2023 contract start date of September 1, 2023. The CITY hereby affirmatively ensures that minority, or women business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical handicap, medical condition, marital status, or sex.
