This project consists of, but is not limited to, tap existing chilled water mains in basement and install chilled water piping to new heat exchanger in the basement mechanical room. Install pump, air/dirt separator, expansion tank and process water loop piping for two electrohydraulic pumps. Tap existing 480V service, install new disconnect, two new panels, conduit, wiring and hook-ups for concrete robot, two stud welders, two hydraulic pumps and one process chilled water pump and VFD. Substantial Completion: February 16, 2024 Final Completion: April 16, 2024 Bid Estimate: $327,600.00 Bid security shall be agreed upon as the measure of liquidated damages which the Owner will sustain by failure, neglect or refusal of bidder to deliver a signed contract stipulating performance of the Work in unqualified compliance with Contract Documents. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award.
