Remodeling of a laboratory facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the remodel of a laboratory facility.
Ames Laboratory, under a prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), has a requirement for construction. With this Request for Proposal (RFP), you are invited to furnish a fixed-price proposal for this requirement. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Contractor Requirements , Appendix B. Work on site will commence as negotiated and after the notice to proceed has been issued. The work will be completed no later than 10/20/2023 unless an extension has been approved by the Ames Laboratory Purchasing Representative Question Deadline 07/19/2023 at 4:00 PM CT Explanation or Interpretation of Documents: Questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via email to the Procurement Agent Andrew Saxton at saxton@ameslab.gov.
