Question Cuttoff Date & Time 7/30/2023 11:00:00 PM (ET) Construction of new 4 Stall Heated Storage Building at the Ames location, as per attached plans and project manual. Work to be done during regular working hours and days M - F 7:00 to 3:30. Pre-bid or site visit is recommended. Inspection by Iowa State Building Code Bureau. Required 1 year construction warranty and materials warranty as indicated in specs. Awarded contractor must be a licensed, bonded and insured contractor Questions: All questions related to this project are to be submitted through online on or before the cut off date and time as indicated in the solicitation. DOT Estimated Start Date: 8/31/2023 Estimated Completion date: 6/30/2024 Site Visits: A site visit is recommended prior to submitting a bid.
