Any material misrepresentation or material falsification of information provided to the District in the quotation submission, or at any point in the quotation evaluation process is basis for rejection of the quotation. In the event that the misrepresentation or falsification is not discovered until after any agreement is awarded, the agreement may be terminated at that time.
