Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
SCOPE: Guaranteed Max Price Project. Inc. 2 consists of construction of new kindergarten, admin, and kitchen building additions, modernization of the Multi-Purpose Building and Campus-wide Re-Roofing. There will be a separate bid date for Incr. 3 which will consist of modernization of (E) buildings and work will take place during summer of 2024. Prevailing Wage Required Work of this Contract comprises general construction of new classroom, admin and kitchen buildings, parking lots, site improvements, and building modernization at Morello Park Elementary School in Martinez, CA Subcontractors must be registered with the DIR to bid on this project Subcontractors must be registered with the DIR to bid on this project The RFI deadline is Wednesday, August 9, 2023 by 5PM, if you have any RFI after this date, please still email them to bids@altenconstruction.com, and we will do our best to answer them for you.
