Renovation of a medical facility in Martinez, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The estimated construction contract cost (Base bid) is $3,200,000. The project includes the replacement and relocation of (3) cell Cooling Towers currently located on the 6th floor roof of the Hospital Building. Phase 1 consists of provided (3) new cell Cooling Towers at grade permanently with fenced enclosure within the existing service yard. Phase 2 will commence after the (3) new cell Cooling Towers are fully operational. The existing (3) cell roof top cooling towers and its supports to be demolished. Patch and repair roof as necessary. Completely dismantle and remove through man door size opening and service elevator cab. Contractor option to use crane, but crane operation and location needs to be coordinated with hospital.
