Period of performance is 307 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Place of Performance is the VA Martinez OPC Campus, 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553. Project Number is 612-23-003 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45.0 Million. IAW VAAR 836.204(f)(2), the magnitude of the project is between $2,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. All offerors are required to be registered and current in System for Award Management (SAM), the official website of the U.S. Government at www.sam.gov. This procurement is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Public Law 109-461 is the final authority on SDVOSB Set Aside. OFFERORS MUST BE VERIFIED IN VETCERT THE TIME SUBMISSION OFFER AND PRIOR TO AWARD. SBA Vet Cert link: https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#home This is a firm-fixed price, Design-Build construction requirement. The Contractor shall furnish all design, labor, material, transportation, required engineering services, overhead, and profit to design and construct paved parking areas and access for the future expansion at the Martinez, VA campus in accordance with SOW, specifications, and drawings.
