The Capital Projects Management ("CPM'') Division of the Public Works Department, Contra Costa County intends to engage a firm to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) program management services. This contract shall be performance-based with no fees paid up-front to the selected consultant. Instead, fees shall be paid based on issuance of construction job orders utilizing the consultant's standardized unit price books. The County encourages the participation of LBE/SBE/MBE/WBE/DVBE/DBE firms.
