Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Richland County and the City of Shelby, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644- 2239 The City of Shelby will entertain no bids of any person or firm in default to the City of Shelby, Ohio, and reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
