Site work for a water / sewer project in Shelby, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received for the Public Works Project consisting of the construction of: SHELBY AVENUE WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT, SHELBY, OH he specified forms on which the Contractor shall furnish required information as to his ability to perform and finance the work required under ORC 5525.01. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company of Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The City of Shelby will entertain no bids of any person or firm in default to the City of Shelby, Ohio, and reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
