Proposals from septage haulers for the delivery of septic waste. Project Description: The Shelby Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 3626 London West Road, Shelby, Ohio plans to dewater septage waste received from septic hauler(s). The city desires to collect and process four million (4,000,000) gallons of septic waste per year for a contractual period of ten (10) years. Annual Delivery: The total annual delivery of four million (4,000,000) gallons of septic waste may be delivered from an individual hauler or a combination of haulers. Daily Delivery: The maximum total daily delivery of sixteen thousand (16,000) gallons of septic waste may be delivered from an individual hauler or a combination of haulers. Any additional gallons of septic to be delivered exceeding the daily allowance shall be at the discretion of the city. The hauler(s) shall be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Shelby for a specified number of gallons of septic to be delivered per year for the term of the contract.
