Sealed bids are being requested for a Public Works Project involving the construction of the State Street & Consolidated Drive Drainage Improvement Project. Each bidder is required to provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, and bid bonds must be from a Surety Company licensed in the State of Ohio. Proposals must include the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all interested persons. Evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity must be submitted. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates for Public Improvements in Richland County and the City of Shelby, Ohio. Bids should be clearly marked for the project. Partial progress payments will be made. Bids will not be entertained from any person or firm in default to the City of Shelby, and the right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
