Project Provider: Third Street Community Clinic, Inc. dba Shelby Health and Wellness Center The proposed project involves establishing a 542-square-foot, full-service pharmacy operated by Third Street Family Health Services within the Shelby Health and Wellness Center. This pharmacy will expand access to essential services for more than 10,000 residents who are currently served by only one pharmacy by providing convenient access to prescriptions, counseling, and care coordination for both onsite patients and the broader community. Designed to meet ADA standards, the pharmacy will support integrated, patient-centered care through both walk-in services and expanded delivery options for seniors, individuals with chronic conditions, and those with limited mobility.
