The estimated construction cost of the entire Project is $329,000 The Project consists of all labor, materials, and services necessary for the timely and proper completion of Pioneer Career & Technology Center 2026 Paving Program, as described in the Bid Package provided to Bidders. The Project is located at 27 Ryan Road, Shelby, Ohio, 44875. The Project must be completed by July 24th, 2026. Separate sealed bids for the Pioneer Career & Technology Center 2026 Paving Program will be received by the Pioneer Career & Technology Center Board of Education. Contractors are required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM Web Site. A hard copy can be mailed upon receipt of payment along with the bidder's UPS or FedEx account number for shipping charges. Checks are to be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, with no portion of the payment being refunded. Each bid must be accompanied by either an Ohio Revised Code Section 153.571 Bid and Performance Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the bid; or, a cashier's check, bid bond, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid.
