The project consists of the purchasing and planting of trees at various public locations within the City of Sidney including all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, and any/all other necessary and proper items. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, machinery and any/all other necessary and proper items for performing and completing the work in accordance with these specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible for the daily cleaning up of the job site. Project Amount: Not to Exceed $40,000 Question Deadline: 09/05/2023 at 10:00 AM ET Payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the Contract price. The contract term shall be from October 16, 2023 thru December 1, 2023. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the electronic Bid documents, particularly to the Federal Requirements, Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and requirement. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal HAS NOT been established for this project; however, DBEs are encouraged to review the project and consider submitting a bid. The City of Sidney, Oh Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Informality in Bids or to Accept in Whole or in Part Such Bids as May Be Deemed in the Best Interest of City of Sidney, Oh. This Form Must Be Signed by an Authorized Company Representative.
