Includes one (1) 6 ton Trane condenser unit outside 208/230/3 Phase TWA07243AAABSO (or comparable). 6. Includes one (1) 7 1/2 ton Trane air handler unit inside 208/230/3 Phase TWE09043AAABD (or comparable). 7. Includes one (1) heat stripo 25 KW 208/230/3 Phase 8. Includes adjusting all dampers throughout building to maintain even air flow. 9. Includes checking air flow on grills to ensure proper air flow. Exclusions: 1. Excludes any and all high voltage wiring that could be needed during project. 2. Excludes any and all material that could be used for high voltage. 3. Excludes any and all holidays or overtime. 4. Excludes any and all wall, roof, or floor penetrations needed during project. 5. Excludes any and all labor or material no associated with project.
