Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Milford, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Major items of construction include a 610 square yard paved parking and field access area, striping, site area lighting, 410 square yards of topsoiling, fertilizing, seeding and mulching, and soil erosion & sediment controls. Each bid must be made on the prescribed forms furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, including Non-collusion Affidavit, and must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid, and not to exceed $20,000.00. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive immaterial informalities, and/or to accept the bid which, in the opinion of the Township
