Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sandy Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,600-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Work of this Contract comprises the construction of at 24,600 sq.ft. office and community services building. - The foundations will be concrete strip footings and walls with a number of additional piers and isolated footings. - The main floor will be slab on grade. - The structure will be a combination of wood frame and timber post and beam. - A 2000 sq.ft. storage garage will be detached from the main building. - The foundations and floor will be cast in place concrete. The superstructure will be wood frame. - The site will be developed with 2 parking areas, retaining walls, sidewalks, large gazebo, teepee, and landscaping. - Sanitary sewer and water services and power will be brought to site. Bids are to be accompanied by a security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10% of the bid price. Submit with Bid Form and Bid Bond, Consent of Surety, stating that surety providing Bid Bond is willing to supply 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond.
