The project consists of re-constructing an existing deteriorated and under-sized ditch and stormwater outfall pipe to provide sufficient capacity for peak flows associated with the Johnson Road Basin including the SR305 and Johnson Parkway Roadway improvements projects (Noll Road Improvements Project). Permitting for the outfall will take substantial amount of time. As of January 28, 2025, this project has been cancelled and removed from the 2025-2030 CIP.
