Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority, dba Housing Kitsap, is seeking to replace the electrical panels at three residential multi-family apartment buildings. removal and replacement of electrical panels at three (3) Housing Kitsap properties. The three properties will be under one contract with a single qualified, licensed and insured vendor with execution spread over the period of approximately one (1) year. The Scope of Work (SOP) outlines the specific needs for each property: Heritage and Viewmont Apartments in Port Orchard, WA and Windsong Apartments in Poulsbo, WA.
