Project work includes installation of approximately 9,200 feet of strand and fiber and approx. 10,350 of overlash to existing plant and other work as indicated A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of certified or cashiers check, or surety bond. Contractor shall be required to have the Contract physically completed within 45 working days Kitsap PUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding in accordance with the specifications.
