Renovation of an educational facility in Poulsbo, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work is as indicated on the contract drawings and specifications. Work includes but not limited to the following: 1. Removal and replacement of a portion of masonry veneer and through-wall flashing on the south side of the building that leaks. The existing veneer will be shored to facilitate replacement of the through-wall flashing. 2. Sealing of all brick on building. 3. Replacement of flashing and re-sealing of existing skylights on metal roofs. 4. Replacement of single-ply roof membranes and insulation over 4 sections of roof, with changes in existing roof slopes. 5. Reconfiguration of internal roof gutter system to external sheet metal gutter system. 6. It is anticipated scaffolding may be required to facilitate the work. Scaffolding design and engineering is the responsibility of the Contractor. OLC- Poulsbo P1 Envelope Repair-Olympic College *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
