Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Poulsbo, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
**As of June 3 ,2025, project was awarded, to The Westwood Company with an awarded amount of $1,338,548. ** (6) ARPA Node CMU Buildings Project Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required for the construction of a (6) CMU buildings with slab on grade located at various locations within Kitsap County, WA. Point of contact for questions is the Contracts and Compliance Department, contracts@kpud.org . Kitsap PUD has obtained the Building Permits for all sites. All other permits if any are the Contractors responsibility. All work performed on this project is subject to state prevailing wage rates. The Kitsap PUD is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. This project is partially funded through Kitsap County with federal funds from the U.S. Treasury ARPA Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund. Contractor must be licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State. Contractors are encouraged to commit to local hires for this project. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of certified or cashier's check, or surety bond. The Contract will be awarded to the qualified bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid. Kitsap PUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive allinformalities in the bidding in accordance with the specifications. Each Bid Proposal shall conform to the requirements of Section 1-02.9 of the Contract Special Provisions. Bids shall be made out on the bid form furnished with the specifications. When submitting a bid, only include the bid form, the bid guarantee, Non-Collusion certificate, Statement of Bidders Qualifications, Certification of Compliance with Wage Payment Statutes, and two different Subcontractor Lists. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
