The City of Poulsbo Public Works Engineering Division desires to replace the existing 8th Ave Culvert with a fish friendly box culvert and is seeking a consultant to complete the design. The City is seeking Statement of Qualifications from consulting firms with experience in Culvert Design. The budget for consultant effort is approximately $250,000 - $280,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City desires to enter into a contract with the selected consultant in April 2025, with completion of the project by the first quarter of 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
