Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Poulsbo, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required for the construction of (2) CMU buildings with slab on grade located at 2 locations within Kitsap County, WA. Point of contact for questions is the Contracts and Compliance Department at contracts@kpud.org. Non-mandatory site meetings will be held; note Introduction to Bidders. A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of certified or cashier's check, or surety bond. The Contract will be awarded to the qualified bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid. Kitsap PUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding in accordance with the specifications.
